Nexo Logistics (“Nexo,” “we,” “us”) provides mobile services for stores and delivery partners. This policy explains what information the Nexo app handles, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information We Handle

Depending on how you use Nexo, we may handle:

• Account information: name, phone number, username, account role, and authentication information.
• Store information: business name, owner and contact details, category, pickup address, and pickup coordinates.
• Driver information: profile details, vehicle type, license information, and related documents or photos that are provided to Nexo.
• Delivery information: customer or recipient name, phone number, delivery address, instructions, and coordinates entered when an order is created.
• Service activity: orders, delivery status, ratings, tips, support requests, and messages between stores and drivers.
• Location: a one-time location when you choose “Use my current location,” and driver location while driver availability is on. Location helps match deliveries and provide delivery progress. Driver sharing stops when availability is turned off.
• Device and notification information: installation identifiers and push-notification tokens used to register the device and deliver notifications.

The app stores authentication tokens using the platform’s secure storage and may keep settings and some notification data on your device.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create and secure accounts and authenticate users.
• Connect stores, drivers, and delivery recipients for orders.
• Match drivers with nearby deliveries and show order progress.
• Provide messaging, ratings, tips, support, and notifications.
• Maintain, protect, and troubleshoot the service.
• Meet legal obligations and address disputes or misuse.

The app does not include an advertising or cross-app tracking feature.

How Information Is Shared

Information is shared as needed to provide the service:

• Between people involved in an order: stores and assigned drivers receive the order details needed to fulfill it. Relevant customer or recipient information is shared for delivery.
• With service providers: Nexo’s API and hosting providers process information to operate the service. Firebase Cloud Messaging is used for push notifications. Google Maps and OpenStreetMap services provide map features; map requests may disclose technical information such as your IP address and the map area requested.
• When required: we may disclose information to comply with law, protect users, or address security and service issues.

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Location and Notifications

You can manage location permissions in your device settings and turn driver availability off in the app. Some delivery-matching and progress features may not work without location access. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings; disabling them stops push notifications but does not close your account.

Retention and Account Deletion

We retain information while it is needed to operate the service, fulfill deliveries, maintain safety and support records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can request account deletion through the app. Some order, financial, safety, or dispute records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate operational purposes.

Security

We use HTTPS for communication with the production API and platform secure storage for authentication tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Nexo is designed for stores and delivery partners and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Nexo, contact us using the details above.

International Processing

Nexo and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable, we take steps required by law to protect information transferred across borders.
